Welcome to Wallpaperify. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Wallpaperify's application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our application, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the application. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the application.

4. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wallpaperify and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wallpaperify.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wallpaperify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the application; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our application by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the application; and/or (vi) any user content or defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our application, and any service or material we provide via the application, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the application is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the application, or the entire application, to users, including registered users.
